This year, the fun-filled celebration of Lag B'Omer falls on a Sunday, and New York City is the place to be!
Tens of thousands of Jewish children and adults will come together for this this energetic street celebration, which includes a parade, concert, rides and games. Benny Friedman, Avraham Fried, and Uncle Moishy will perform. Parade organizers expect this to be one of the largest Jewish parades ever to be held in NYC's history, so don't miss out!
Shaloh House will offer two options:
* Students in grades two and up may attend with Shaloh House chaperones.
* Younger children may attend with parents.
We will leave Brighton on the morning of April 28th at 6am sharp and return in the evening.
The cost of $40per person includes transportation, food (snacks and sandwiches on bus), a Great Parade t-shirt, and $10 worth of tickets for the rides/games. Family discounts will be available on an individual basis.
Shaloh House will sponsor a chartered bus to the Great Lag B'Omer Parade - seating is limited. Please note that spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, so please call today.
