If you have not yet registered your child for the parade, please do so now by visiting www.Shaloh.org/HUMMER.  Children riding on Hummers MUST ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 5:45PM. Upon arrival at Shaloh House, please proceed to the office on the ground floor in order for your child to receive his/her colored wristband. CHILDREN WITHOUT WRISTBANDS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ON HUMMERS. Once children have received their colored wrist bands, children must stay with their chaperone until the end of the parade.

Parade

If you are joining the parade in your vehicle: Please be sure to park on Dighton Street where instructed. Park your vehicle as close as possible to the vehicle in front of you. Drivers MUST return to vehicle IMMEDIATELY following the Menorah lighting so the parade can start promptly. Upon returning to your vehicle, turn on engine and emergency flashers and await further instruction. During the parade, Boston Police have requested that cars remain as close as possible to the vehicle in front of you and not to stop for pedestrians to cross or traffic to go through parade procession. Doing so will not only disturb the parade but also create a severe safety hazard for the police escort and pedestrians.

Wishing you a Happy Chanukah and looking forward to your participation!
